Best Western Galaxy Inn - Dover

Staff was very accomidating, room was nice and clean. We walked in the room on a very hot day and it was nice and cool, what a relief! Very good value for the money. Breakfast had a good variety and we loved the pool.

The hot breakfast and the pool were a plus!

The bed we used is squeeking. We were not able to transfer to the other bed.

Only concern...very expensive because it was Big Barrel concert weekend. Would drive the hour each night next time...rather than spend $250 per night.

Strong cigarette smell in room ...requested no smoking room as for I have asthma....strong smell of pot in hallway....very strong.

The front desk lady had the Tv in avery very high volium whill checking us in and didnt mind us so much. Was not nice at all!!

We stayed in the best western in Smyrna and it was great the staff was very friendly the morning breakfast was great

You did not have a lot parking.

- one day nothing done to my room - another day I requested that the sheets be changed and they were not changed. - one day no cups in room for coffee - no eggs one morning

The room was awsome i had to get the maids to do the bathroom it was nasty ac didnt work staff to lazy to move us but overall the room was nice

Our key didn't work the second day we were there & our room wasn't cleaned the first night.

The bottom sheet was not secured and came loose several times during the night causing us to wake up and readjust sheet....did not want body touching bare mattress...
